Job summary

HomeSmiles is looking for a Field Technician to serve the Dallas–Fort Worth area with both full-time or part-time options and paid training. The role offers $20-$25/hour and local daytime work throughout DFW.

You will perform hands-on tasks such as window cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing, while learning our equipment and processes to confidently complete jobs at client properties. A dependable, outdoor-friendly mindset and willingness to learn are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license and a good driving record.
• Experience in construction, landscaping, maintenance, handyman work, pressure washing, window cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar work is strongly encouraged.
