Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or considered with related industry experience.
• Associate degree or Technical Trade School a plus.
• Experience with compressors and technical reading of schematics is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in the field with Technicians and Field Service Manager.
• Develop skills for PM and basic troubleshooting.
• Understand service requirements and how to start up equipment.
• Learn to adjust controls and perform startup procedures.
• Provide support on two-person jobs and equipment cleaning.
• Travel to field sites with Technicians for service work on Sullair products.
• Prepare service reports and travel/expense documentation as required.
• Follow Environmental Health and Safety policies and company standards.
