Pinnacle Home Improvements is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to represent our exterior remodeling services in local communities. You will engage homeowners, build rapport, explain roofing, windows, siding, gutters, and doors, and schedule free in-home consultations.

No prior sales experience is required; we value drive, coachability, and a strong work ethic. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement into leadership roles within a growth-focused company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to walk and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Willingness to be coached and held accountable to performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners through face-to-face residential outreach.
• Build rapport and identify potential home improvement needs.
• Educate homeowners about Pinnacle's roofing, windows, siding, gutters, and door services.
• Generate interest and schedule free consultations with our in-home sales team.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Professionally represent the Pinnacle brand in the communities we serve.
