Job summary

Southern National Roofing is hiring full-time Entry Level Sales Representatives for our local office. This is a face-to-face, field sales role in residential neighborhoods where you’ll speak directly with homeowners and set appointments for free roof inspections for our in-home sales team.

You’ll work Monday–Saturday, 9am–7pm, with hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses. Average first-year earnings range from $40,000 to $70,000+, with health and dental benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Comfortable talking to people face-to-face.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to work 40 hours Mon-Sat.

Responsibilities

• Work in assigned neighborhoods.
• Speak face-to-face with homeowners.
• Explain the free roof inspection service.
• Schedule appointments for in-home estimates.
• Work outdoors and on your feet.
