Southern National Roofing is seeking entry-level Sales Representatives for our local office. This face-to-face, field sales role involves speaking with homeowners, explaining our free roof inspection service, and scheduling in-home estimates.

You will work in residential neighborhoods as part of a W-2 full-time team, with hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses. Average first-year earnings range from $40,000 to $70,000+.

Qualifications

• Needs to be able to talk to homeowners face-to-face.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Work in assigned residential neighborhoods.
• Speak face-to-face with homeowners to discuss free roof inspections.
• Schedule appointments for in-home estimates and conduct outdoor outreach.
• Meet 40-hour weekly schedule (Mon–Sat, 9am–7pm) and maintain a professional image.
