Job summary

Southern National Roofing is hiring full-time Entry Level Sales Representatives for our local Charleston office. This face-to-face, field sales role involves talking with homeowners, explaining the free roof inspection service, and setting appointments for in-home estimates.

The position offers W-2 full-time employment with hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses, with average first-year earnings in the $40,000–$70,000+ range. Training and coaching are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal communication while talking to homeowners.
• Ability to work face-to-face in residential neighborhoods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to learn and apply a proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Work in assigned neighborhoods speaking directly with homeowners.
• Explain our free roof inspection service to homeowners.
• Set appointments for in-home roof inspections and estimates.
• Schedule and coordinate with the sales team for in-home visits.
