Job summary

Southern National Roofing is hiring full-time Entry Level Sales Representatives for our Charlotte office. This face-to-face, field sales role involves speaking with homeowners and setting appointments for free roof inspections for the in-home sales team.

Work in residential neighborhoods, 40 hours weekly, Monday–Saturday 9am–7pm, on-site with team transportation from the office. Average first-year earnings range from $40,000 to $70,000+ including hourly pay, commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Work in residential neighborhoods speaking face-to-face with homeowners.
• Explain our free roof inspection service to potential clients.
• Schedule appointments for in-home estimates.
• Maintain a professional, coachable attitude and meet sales goals.
