Job summary

Nexgen Team in Albany, OR is seeking an Industrial Reliability Technician I to support installation, maintenance, and reliability improvements under supervision. This role emphasizes hands-on learning, safety, and ongoing development toward higher technician levels.

You will work across lubrication, oil changes, filtration, and equipment inspections, with flexible hours and occasional overtime to align with customer production schedules.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Confined Space Entrant/Attendant qualification preferred.
• Ability to travel and work overtime as required.
• Mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform work safely per company and customer requirements.
• Participate in JHAs and pre-job planning.
• Maintain required certifications and training.
• Complete daily service reports, times, and parts usage.
• Inspect equipment and contribute to reliability improvements.
• Progressively take on greater responsibility under supervision.
