Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an entry level HSE Coordinator to support safety oversight and compliance on construction sites. This field-based role focuses on inspections, hazard identification, incident investigations, and adherence to safety regulations.

You'll spend about 80% of your time in the field, with up to 25% travel. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn OSHA and site-specific safety practices.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel; Oracle preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct frequent walk-through inspections of construction areas and interact with crews.
• Assist in identifying and resolving hazardous conditions; help with corrective actions.
• Participate in job pre-task planning and site safety meetings.
• Assist with investigating personal injury and property damage accidents.
• Assist with compiling data and reports per program procedures and regulations.
• Assist in incident response as required.
• May assist trainings, orientations, or other duties as assigned.
