Responsibilities include shop drawing coordination, estimating support, material procurement, billing assistance, and schedule monitoring. A 4-year construction-related degree is required, with strong teamwork and interface skills expected.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree required, preferably in construction related field.
• Ability to assume responsibility and interface with project team and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shop drawings and ensure alignment with project plans.
• Provide office/field support to project team.
• Assist estimating and takeoff activities for designated tasks.
• Purchase necessary materials to complete tasks.
• Maintain material and equipment inventory onsite.
• Monitor schedules and update project timelines.
• Oversee subcontractor schedules relative to deliveries and manpower.
• Assist in preparing billings and reviewing invoices.
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
