Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Field Engineer in Ohio to support the Superintendent and Project Manager. The role focuses on learning field and office operations and understanding their impact on actual construction.

Responsibilities include shop drawing coordination, estimating support, material procurement, billing assistance, and schedule monitoring. A 4-year construction-related degree is required, with strong teamwork and interface skills expected.

• 4-year college degree required, preferably in construction related field.
• Ability to assume responsibility and interface with project team and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate shop drawings and ensure alignment with project plans.
• Provide office/field support to project team.
• Assist estimating and takeoff activities for designated tasks.
• Purchase necessary materials to complete tasks.
• Maintain material and equipment inventory onsite.
• Monitor schedules and update project timelines.
• Oversee subcontractor schedules relative to deliveries and manpower.
• Assist in preparing billings and reviewing invoices.
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
