Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and organized.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a safe work environment at all times
• Support quality control to meet project specs
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and survey needs for field crews
• Track production and review timecards
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and documentation
• Maintain project records and reports
• Support Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project activities
• Perform additional duties as assigned
