About this role

ARKA Fiber is hiring driven, people-first individuals to help homeowners upgrade to faster, more affordable fiber internet. This isn\'t retail. It isn\'t cold calling. And it isn\'t a desk job.

You\'ll be out in the field, meeting homeowners face-to-face, walking them through a short, proven presentation, and getting paid for every result you deliver. No experience? No problem — more than half of our reps start with zero fiber sales background, and we\'ll train you from day one.

What You\'ll Earn

Typical reps: $100K–$200K/year — and top performers earn well beyond that

Get paid every week, not every month

Uncapped commission— the harder you work, the more you make, with no ceiling

Fast-track growth— clear path to team lead and management without waiting years

Why This Role Works

Fiber adoption is exploding — you\'re getting in early on a market that\'s still wide open

Homeowners genuinely want faster, cheaper internet, so you\'re offering a real upgrade

The pitch is simple: a friendly 3–10 minute conversation on the doorstep

Over 50% of our reps started with no fiber sales experience and are now thriving

Training & Support

No door-to-door or sales experience required — we\'ll teach you everything

Virtual and hands-on training to get you confident fast

Direct 1-on-1 coaching through your first 30 days

Proven scripts, tools, and systems used by our top earners

What\'ll You Thrive Here If You\'re…

Competitive, money-motivated, and hungry to win

Coachable, disciplined, and ready to put in the reps

Comfortable talking to people and staying active outdoors

Looking to build a skill set that pays off for life — and to lead a team sooner than you\'d expect

Let\'s Be Straight With You

This role rewards effort. If you want a guaranteed paycheck for minimal work, this isn\'t the fit. But if you\'re willing to knock on doors, embrace a challenge, and get coached, the earning potential here is real — and it\'s largely up to you.

Why ARKA

ARKA Fiber is in a rapid growth phase and actively building its next generation of leaders. No long corporate ladder to climb, no red tape, no waiting for someone above you to move. Perform, and you move up.
