Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Spencer region. You will own your territory, engaging homeowners with face-to-face discussions and in-home consultations to showcase high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services.

You’ll build relationships, drive customer growth, and represent the company with energy and integrity in the communities we serve. Training is provided; prior sales experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Must be able to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Demonstrates a positive, outgoing demeanor and handles rejection professionally.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, smartphone) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home presentations.
• Communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services clearly.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals within the assigned territory.
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction.
• Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards.
