Qualifications

• Driver’s license and clean MVR; no suspensions in last 3 years.
• Background check required.
• At least 1 year fence installation experience preferred; open to related outdoor labor.
• Experience driving 2–3 ton trucks and towing trailers is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift equipment and work outdoors in varying weather; climb ladders and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial fencing systems according to project specifications and company standards.
• Prepare installation sites, including digging post holes, setting posts, and ensuring proper alignment.
• Ensure all fence installations are level, plumb, secure, and completed with quality workmanship.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist with routine maintenance and repairs on installed fencing as needed.
• Communicate clearly with crew members, supervisors, and customers to support efficient project completion.
