A leading financial services provider is seeking motivated individuals for a management role in its Fast Track Partner Program. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in financial strategies and products while transitioning into an Associate Partner position. The ideal applicant is goal-oriented and experienced in financial services or sales, preferably residing near Long Island, Brooklyn, or Queens. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 at plan.

• Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager
• Transition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirements
