Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Vocational/Technical in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Maintenance preferred.
• Entry Level Electrical repair, HVAC, and/or Mechanical maintenance, installation or contracting (Required).
• 1 year Healthcare or hospital facility maintenance setting (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performs basic tasks on electrical systems, fire safety systems, HVAC systems, mechanical and plumbing systems, and architectural systems.
• Architectural systems may include interior and exterior doors, ceilings and walls.
• Troubleshooting minor issues on pneumatic tube system, patient beds, nurse call systems, and televisions.
• Shop cleanup and general maintenance and upkeep.
• Adheres to attendance guidelines and participates in staff meetings and trainings.
• Maintains knowledge in present areas of responsibility; self-education and trainings.
