Job summary

Camelot Services, Inc. currently seeks a capable Maintenance Technician to perform preventative, corrective, and general building maintenance in client facilities.

In this role you will conduct inspections, perform minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, and coordinate with dispatchers on schedules while maintaining safety standards. The position requires physical stamina and reliable work habits in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–5 years of facility maintenance experience.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to undergo background and drug screening.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively with client and tenants.
• Performs minor maintenance on interior and exterior fixtures and tests safety equipment.
• Replaces HVAC filters and performs basic system maintenance.
• Addresses minor plumbing repairs and reports major issues.
• Assists other technicians with repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Maintains safe work environment and adheres to OSHA policies.
• Monitors supplies and completes required paperwork.
