Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1–2 years experience in general maintenance or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain an Indiana Horse Racing License.
• Engineer I must possess certification of CFC 608 and meet one of the listed experience paths (as described).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair table games equipment including gaming tables.
• Follow Horseshoe Indianapolis policies, Internal Control Standards, and Indiana Gaming Regulations.
• Contribute to general property maintenance to ensure a positive guest experience.
