Job summary

Safety Fresh Foods LLC is seeking a Maintenance Worker I to perform general facility, equipment, and preventative maintenance activities in our food manufacturing and warehouse environment. This entry-level role supports building repairs, equipment upkeep, and compliance with GMPs and safety procedures.

You will work across production, refrigeration, and outdoor areas, perform basic repairs, assist with projects, and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools and maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair activities across production, warehouse, office and facility areas.
• Assist with preventative maintenance on production equipment, refrigeration, plumbing, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs under supervision of maintenance leadership.
• Maintain clean, organized maintenance areas and accurate records.
