Job summary
Tri Energy Cooperative/Cenex in North Dakota is seeking a Maintenance Helper to support our facilities team with general upkeep across locations. You will help with car wash cleaning, grounds maintenance, painting projects, and safety-compliant operation.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
- Basic familiarity with hand tools and willingness to learn usage.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.
Responsibilities
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining facilities and car wash areas.
- Perform basic grounds maintenance including mowing and weed control.
- Assist with painting projects and surface prep.
- Support general facility upkeep and organize maintenance spaces.
- Assist with basic repair tasks and preventative maintenance.
- Transport tools and materials to job sites as needed.
- Report maintenance concerns after inspections.
- Assist with seasonal duties such as snow removal.
- Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
