GEM VA INC. is seeking motivated Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-growing event marketing and fundraising team in the United States.

No experience is required—paid training, mentorship, and hands-on support are provided to help you succeed from day one. You will engage with customers at live events, educate the public about nonprofit programs, and gain hands-on experience in customer service, event marketing, and community outreach, with weekly pay and opportunities

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Friendly, confident public speaking ability.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or fundraising experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, donors, and community members at live events and outreach campaigns.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and answer questions about campaigns and initiatives.
• Educate the public about nonprofit programs, fundraising efforts, and community causes.
• Support event setup, coordination, logistics, and on-site operations.
• Build positive relationships with supporters, partners, and team members.
