Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level Event Coordinator, you will assist in the planning and execution of various events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.

Compensation
$18.00 - $26.00 / hour

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the planning and execution of various events.
  2. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services.
  3. Manage event registration and participant communication.
  4. Help create event schedules and timelines to ensure smooth operations.
  5. Support on-site event management and logistics during events.
  6. Maintain organized files and documentation for each event project.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
