Job summary

United Property Restoration Services is seeking an Estimator I/Matterport Technician to join our team. This entry-level role focuses on capturing high-quality virtual documentation on-site and translating data into accurate estimates.

You will learn to use Matterport, Hover, and Xactimate, while supporting field workflows, scheduling inspections, and coordinating with customers for pre-construction and walkthroughs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Highly organized with daily documentation and tracking discipline.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn spatial scanning tools quickly.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits.
• Preferred technical education or certification in construction-related fields.

Responsibilities

• Capture site imagery with Matterport/Hover to build accurate digital models.
• Take measurements and document damages for accurate estimates.
• Schedule field inspections and coordinate with customers.
• Operate and maintain scanning equipment and field tools.
• Prepare sketches and data entry for estimates using Xactimate.
• Draft change orders and guide customers through walks.
• Log updates in CRM, manage calendars, and supervise subcontractors on smaller projects.
