Job summary

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is seeking an Equipment Yard Coordinator to join the Operations team. You will help keep the yard organized, ensure equipment is clean, and support inspections and rental readiness across our branch network.

This entry-level role offers equipment training, promotability, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, holidays, and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 18 years of age (21+ with clean driving record).
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to obtain DOT Medical Certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment yard organization and flow.
• Clean returned equipment and prep for rental-ready status.
• Assist with loading/unloading of equipment with safety as priority.
• Inspect equipment for defects and determine rent-ready safety.
