Job summary

GHD is hiring entry-level Laborer/ Equipment Operator roles to support dirt work construction on projects across the U.S. You will operate various heavy equipment and assist with on-site labor, following engineered drawings and safety procedures. Qualifications

• Operate medium equipment with a focus on safety and quality.
• Read and interpret engineered drawings and plans.
• Perform daily maintenance checks and basic hand-tool tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as skid steers, dozers and loaders to support dirt work.
• Safely handle equipment to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with on-site labor and use power tools as needed.
• Read plans and help ensure final structures meet quality standards.
