Qualifications

1+ years' experience in operations support.
Responsibilities
Process all system adjustments to booked contracts including changes for inventory requests.
Manage refund processing for unclaimed funds.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of Sys Ops tickets.
Research and resolve unidentified funds for application.
Maintain and reconcile informational spreadsheets.
Create credit memos or debit memos as required.
Review system created changes for accuracy.
Update addresses related to invoicing.
Complete setup or changes to contract renewals.
Skills
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Education
Associate degree in accounting, finance, business or 2+ years of work experience
