Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing in Dallas, TX is hiring a Laboratory Analyst I. The role focuses on preparing environmental samples and performing analyses using standard techniques in accordance with EPA methods.

You will record data, report results to supervisors, and perform routine instrument maintenance. Ideal candidates have a BS in Chemistry, Biology, or Microbiology and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Laboratory experience is helpful but not mandatory.
• BS in Chemistry, Biology or Microbiology required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares samples and performs chemical analysis using standard techniques.
• Calculates data and records/report data and any unusual test occurrences to the supervisor.
• Performs routine instrument maintenance and QA compliance activities.
• Works under supervision following SOPs and EPA methodologies.
• Supports safety and environmental health standards in all tasks.
