Dotson is seeking an Engineering Technician 1 to support the manufacturing process in rubber molding. You will assist in setup, operation, testing and maintenance of equipment, participate in trials, and help train operators to ensure safe, efficient production.

Under engineering supervision, you will read blueprints, interpret shop orders, and contribute to process development while adhering to 5S, safety, environmental, and quality policies.

Competenze

• Basic understanding of rubber injection molding.
• Accredited technical program or skilled trades training.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Mansioni

• Set up, adjust and operate rubber molding production machines.
• Test and inspect equipment for safe, efficient operation and perform routine maintenance.
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop orders to determine setup and sequence.
• Assist in process development and engineering trials.
• Provide operator training and follow safety, 5S and quality procedures.
