• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with ABET Accreditation. Preferred: Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Work Experience: Required: None
• Preferred: Prior internship or co‑op experience in an engineering field.
• Specific Skills & Knowledge Required: Ability to read and interpret engineering plans (familiarity and ability to learn quickly).
• Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.
• Preferred: CAD/GIS – basic proficiency, hydraulic analysis experience, project management.
