You will build relationships, collaborate with mentors, and develop communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills for long-term career growth.

Earn $72,000–$130,000 annually with uncapped commissions and bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is helpful.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience delivering presentations or working toward performance-based goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to deliver engaging presentations on energy-efficient remodeling products and services.
• Learn POWER’s sales process through ongoing training and coaching.
• Build relationships by understanding customer needs and offering personalized solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve sales approaches and skills.
• Attend weekly team meetings and development opportunities.
