Power Home Remodeling Group seeks an Entry Level Sales Representative to meet homeowners and present energy-efficient remodeling options. You will learn POWER’s proven sales process through hands-on training and coaching, building strong client relationships from day one.

You'll earn uncapped commissions with an hourly base, participate in weekly trainings, and have opportunities for advancement within a supportive team that values mentorship and accountability.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence speaking with new people and presenting information.
• A self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is helpful.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
