Power Home Remodeling Group is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative in a full-time role, offering hands-on training, mentorship, and uncapped commissions to help homeowners choose energy-efficient remodeling solutions.

You’ll meet with homeowners, learn a proven sales process, and build lasting customer relationships. A $3,900 sign-on bonus is provided, with strong earning potential from day one through commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence speaking with new people and presenting information.
• Self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree (helpful).
• Experience delivering presentations or working toward performance-based goals.
