Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative for Novi and East Lansing, MI. This full-time role provides hands-on training, mentorship, and the potential to earn uncapped commissions through a proven sales process.

You will meet homeowners, present energy-efficient products, and develop communication and negotiation skills while growing within the organization. A $3,900 sign-on bonus is paid weekly during twelve weeks of initial training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to deliver engaging presentations on energy-efficient products and services.
• Follow POWER’s sales process through training and coaching.
• Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering solutions.
