Zebra is hiring an Repair Technician I for the Bentonville, AR facility. This entry-level role performs basic functionality tests and modular repairs on electronic units under supervision, recording repair data and following test procedures.

Ideal candidates have a high School diploma or GED, minimal prior experience, and ability to stand on a production line while using common hand tools and test equipment. The role includes a base pay with incentive opportunities and a hybrid work option.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Less than 1 year of work experience.
• Familiarity with basic math and measurement.
• Experience with assembly operations and using hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, testing and modular level repair to whole units.
• Maintain accurate records for repairs.
• Use testing software to diagnose hardware failures.
• Follow engineering changes and determine appropriate action.
• Operate voltmeter, computer and test fixtures as needed.
