Job summary

Celltron, Inc in Galena, KS is hiring an entry-level Cable Assembly Operator to build cable and wire harness assemblies. You will learn to use termination equipment, follow wiring instructions, and meet IPC 620 standards while keeping accurate records.

We provide formal training to help you learn soldering and basic testing tools. Working hours are Monday–Friday with potential overtime; a supportive team environment awaits you.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to learn new skills and improve existing ones.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to listen, learn and apply new information.
• Able to manage time and attendance to meet deadlines or production goals.

• Must pass drug-screen and pre-employment physical.
• Prior cable building or manufacturing experience is a plus; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Build cable/wire harness assemblies using WI, drawings and schematics.
• Operate termination equipment and assemble cables to meet IPC 620 standards.
• Maintain legible, accurate records of work.
• Safely use basic tools and measure parts precisely.
• Learn soldering to international standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
