Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Manufacturing or hands-on work experience preferred.
• Soldering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products of varying size and complexity, including cleaning, inspecting and testing.
• Understand written work instructions and drawings to ensure top quality with minimal scrap.
• Meet production timelines outlined on the orders and stay focused on duties.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment by following procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with the team to address changing priorities and maintain quality.
