Job summary

Chenega Security SBU is seeking an Electronic Technician I to support installation, setup, and basic maintenance of electronic security systems. You will work under senior technicians to deploy low-voltage, surveillance, access control, and security technologies at customer sites.

Responsibilities include assisting with cable pulling, terminations, device mounting, and blueprint interpretation. Candidates should have at least one year of related experience and be eligible for a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D with reading, writing, and analytic skills.
• Must be able to speak, write, and understand the English language.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Active Secret clearance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installations and maintenance of electronic security systems.
• Assist in cable pulling, terminations, and mounting devices.
• Assist in cable testing and mounting devices as needed.
• Repair and maintain electronic security system equipment.
• Support the team with fieldwork at customer sites.
