Job summary

ORAFOL Americas Inc. is seeking a Production Technician 1 to perform basic electroforming activities, including electroforming, electroplating, and quality control. Training will be provided on-site with no prior experience required.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 50lbs, and flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed. You will support tooling and development efforts and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Math and communication skills required.
• Entry level with on-site training provided.
• Electroforming, electroplating, optics experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be detail-oriented with a sense of accountability.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality reflective parts.
• Prepare, clean, and reproduce reflective parts; inspect quality.
• Enter production and quality data into the computer system.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE.
• Work with department team leader to meet schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
