Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Proficient in recording data and using a computer for data entry.
• Attention to detail to ensure plating quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan plating processes and sequencing for operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints/specifications to set voltage and amperage.
• Dip parts into acid tanks to clean and into finishing tanks while monitoring process.
• Perform finishing tank checks and ensure uniform plating on all surfaces.
• Conduct visual inspections of plated parts and use inspection tools as needed.
• Rack parts before and after plating.
• Log data into a computer for completed parts and processes.
• Adhere to safety regulations in all plating activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
