Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• 0–1 year of manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer usage.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment to produce quality film products.
• Monitor processes, adjust settings, and document outputs per ISO procedures.
• Perform quality checks and maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
• Load film, set up splices, and record run data in the Enterprise System.
• Follow all procedures, ensure OSHA compliance, and participate in shift handoffs.
