Qualifications

• Must read blueprints, follow written procedures and drawings.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools and electronic test devices to assemble and test.
• Must work interdependently in a team setting to accomplish goals.
• Capable of handling multiple assignments and applying past experience to resolve issues.
• General knowledge of PC/computers is required.

Responsibilities

• Assembles a variety of mechanical, electronic, and electro-mechanical instruments and sub-assemblies.
• Tests sub-assemblies and instruments per established procedures.
• Assembles a wide variety of kits and accessory items.
• Troubleshoots and repairs sub-assemblies and instruments.
• Follows all procedures and processes, participating in Lean improvements.
