Job summary

Performance Driven Workforce in Allen Park, MI, is hiring full-time entry-level electrical technicians for an automotive Tier 1 supplier. You will assemble, test, and calibrate wiring harnesses and perform instrument startup and safety testing under guidance.

The role offers an AM day shift with training and mentorship from team members on project work and customer interactions. Candidates with a high school diploma and 1–3 years of hands-on tool experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Able to read and understand electronic schematics.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and test wiring using hand tools and proper techniques according to work instructions.
• Follow blueprints, BOMs, schematics, and P&ID diagrams; track project parts inventory.
• Validate the quality of wire harness assemblies.
• Teardown and rework donor harnesses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams.
• Participate in daily shop organization and cleanup.
