Eaton’s ES GEIS CHD division is seeking an Operator Hand Assembly. Core hours are 7am to 3pm. This entry-level role involves inspecting and assembling commercial electrical products, reading build sheets, and coordinating with teammates to ensure quality and efficiency.

The position offers on-the-job training, with an hourly base rate of $19.74, increasing to $20.78 after 6 months. Candidates should live within a 50-mile radius of Meadowlands, PA and be prepared to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Read build sheets to guide installation
• Assemble electrical devices to spec
• Run machines and cut wires per work instructions
• Mark products with identifying information
• Inspect finished product per quality standards
• Complete production reports for management
