Job summary

ALOIS Solutions seeks an entry-level Electrical Engineer to contribute to digital circuit design, testing, and validation for radio communication products. You will collaborate with software, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers to support product development, testing, and validation activities.

Responsibilities include testing, reading schematics, conducting PCB layout reviews, and using oscilloscopes and bench power supplies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with digital circuit testing and subcircuit-level design.
• Ability to read schematics and understand PCB layouts.
• Python programming experience is required.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities

• Test, evaluate, and validate digital subcircuit-level designs to ensure functionality and compliance with specifications.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and perform PCB layout reviews.
• Operate oscilloscopes, bench power supplies, and other electronic test equipment to validate circuit performance.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot circuit issues, and document findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
• Support the testing and evaluation of radio communication products and electronic assemblies.
• Use Python for test automation, data analysis, or engineering support tasks as required.
• Participate in project meetings, communicate technical findings, and support project milestones.
• Maintain accurate test documentation and follow established engineering procedures.
