Lockheed Martin in Orlando is seeking an entry-level Electrical Engineer to contribute to our hardware engineering team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate motivated to develop hands-on electrical engineering skills in a mission-driven environment.

You will work on circuit design, PCB layout, and hardware bring-up, with opportunities to learn advanced defense technology alongside experienced engineers. A U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals and circuit analysis.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues in hardware systems.
• Experience with lab work and hands-on electronics projects.
• Proficiency with CAD design tools used in electrical hardware design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist production and development teams with resolving technical challenges and updating drawings.
• Support circuit card assembly design, including schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Perform circuit simulation and analysis using LTspice, PSpice, MATLAB, Simulink, or Multisim.
• Use test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators, analyzers) to support hardware bring-up.
• Support hardware operations and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support design integration and interface resolution.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including test procedures and design reports.
