Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Electrical Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Bethesda, MD. This opportunity is ideal for a recent Electrical Engineering graduate or someone with up to three years of experience who wants to build a career in MEP consulting. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced engineers to design electrical systems for commercial and residential building projects while gaining hands‑on experience with industry‑standard design software and BIM processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical drawings and design documentation using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Assist in the design of building electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
• Create, update, and maintain BIM models while coordinating with mechanical, plumbing, and structural disciplines.
• Develop and modify Revit families to support project‑specific design requirements.
• Organize project files, manage model updates, maintain version control, and coordinate linked models.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and collaborate with internal project teams.
• Support engineers with project documentation, quality reviews, and technical deliverables.
• Ensure drawings and models meet company standards, project specifications, and applicable codes.
• Contribute to multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in electrical engineering or electrical building design.
