Hanley Energy Group is seeking a Jr. Commissioning Agent to join our AMER team in New York. You will support the Electrical Lead Cx Eng with assigned projects and assist engineers with site activities, learning the trade through hands-on commissioning tasks.

Responsibilities include producing documentation, cooperating with third‑party agents, and traveling to customer sites as required. A proactive, team‑oriented attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electrical theory and control circuits.
• Familiarity with ladder logic and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and hazards.
• Experience or training in commissioning activities is desirable.
• Ability to communicate with clients and teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support the Electrical Lead Cx Eng with assigned projects across AMER.
• Assist Cx Engineers with site activities and commissioning tasks.
• Produce documentation and reports in line with procedures.
• Travel to customer sites as required and provide on‑call support.
