Job summary

Eaton is hiring an Entry Level Production Assembler for 1st shift at our Wilsonville, OR location. The role focuses on electrical switchgear assembly, ensuring quality and timely production. Overtime may be required and is eligible for a variable pay incentive.

Shift hours are 6am–3pm, Monday–Friday. The position offers benefits starting day one and requires residing within 50 miles of Wilsonville. No visa sponsorship offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing setting preferred.
• Familiarity with a variety of hand and power tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical switchgear following instructions, drawings, and schematics.
• Maintain quality and safety standards; inspect finished products for conformance.
• Keep work area clean and organized, and communicate shortages or issues promptly.
