Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Richfield, MN is seeking an Entry-Level Direct Support Professional to help children with autism build communication, social, and independent skills. A Bachelor's Degree is required; training provided.

Schedule Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; full-time; paid training and RBT certification; first raise after earning certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and must be verifiable.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be active around children.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
