Job summary

Precision Drilling is hiring entry level Floorhands (Roughnecks) to support operations in the Appalachia Division. Location: Pennsylvania (surrounding states welcome).

You will be at the core of rig operations, assisting the crew, handling tools, and supporting maintenance while upholding safety culture. Starting pay is $30.64/hr with overtime, plus per diem and Texas-style housing accommodations, and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Recent drilling rig experience or 2+ years of outdoor heavy labor.
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle.
• Able to handle 12-hour shifts outdoors and 14-day rotations.
• Must pass a fitness test and drug/alcohol screening.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support rig crew in daily operations.
• Handle drilling tools and pipe with manual tongs and slips.
• Assist in rig maintenance, cleaning, and organization.
• Attend safety meetings and follow all safety guidelines.
• Attend training and development programs to enhance skills.
